Fuming furnace
The essence of the slag fuming process of lead smelting is the reduction and volatilization process, that is, the mixture of pulverized coal (or other reducing agent) and air (or oxygen-enriched air) is blown into the slag of the fuming furnace, so that the lead in the slag, The zinc compound is reduced to lead and zinc vapor, volatilized into the upper space of the furnace and the flue system, and the specially supplied air (tertiary air) or furnace gas is oxidized to PbO or ZnO again, and is trapped in the dust collection equipment.
